If I were still of childbearing age, I’d name my next child Allied. You all were true allies during an unprecedented period of history. How does one move when borders close? When sea shipments are unaffordable?  You held space, for years, with grace and calm. Today, you lifted my past and moved it through walls, dismantling doors,  into the present.  You measured with precision the table’s placement so it is equidistant from the walls.

And someday, we will repeat this exercise. The future is unknown. But for now, I’ll sit and have a cup of tea, grateful for how carefully you’ve stored my past.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to you; Samir and the team for the shipment to my sister in New York from me in Thailand.

Firstly, the Allied team who also delivered my goods to me in Hua Hin from my storage in Singapore did an excellent job as I believe I mentioned to you before.  They were punctual, polite, efficient and careful…a really great team! The team in the office also did a very good job being helpful, communicative and following up as they promised when necessary.

Secondly, the delivery to New York was made to my sister and the goods appear to have arrived in excellent condition. They were obviously packed well and the local delivery team did a very good job, also being punctual, polite and helpful.

The entire process did take some time being a sea shipment halfway around the world but I guess that was to be expected.

Please pass my, and my sister’s appreciation, to your colleagues for a job well done.

Our July 2022 move was the 4th move that Allied Thailand had managed for us since 2016 and included one incoming shipment from Australia. The professionalism of all the staff from 1st contact to the packing and delivery crews has always been excellent and a credit to Allied’s training and management. One thing I noticed was that Allied retains their employees long term which speaks heaps about Allied being an ’employer of choice’.

Thank you, Allied and if we need a moving service again we will only be making one phone call.

“I have used them twice now. Both times they were very fast, polite, professional, and careful with our things. Before we knew it everything was packed up for us, including clothes, crockery, etc. and unpacked and put away in our new place according to our instructions. Hiring Allied saved us about 20 hours of work had we tried to do it ourselves, for a very affordable price. Wouldn’t consider moving without them.”
